How much does it cost to become a Partner?
UW's official page currently states a £10 one-off joining fee and £3 per month from month four. Becoming a Connector is free.
How much time do I need?
Partners choose their own hours, but it takes regular effort to build. Connectors only need time when an introduction comes up naturally.
What training is there?
UW provides official training for Partners. Scott adds practical help with first steps once your registration is confirmed.
Do I have to be good at selling?
No. You do need to be comfortable having honest conversations and explaining services clearly. Pressure selling isn't the approach here.
How much will I earn?
Earnings vary and are never guaranteed. UW decides and pays all earnings and rewards. We don't publish income projections.
What support will I get?
UW's training, plus practical help from Scott. Scott runs this site himself and doesn't promise unlimited one-to-one coaching.
Is this a job?
No. Partners and Connectors are independent and self-employed, and are responsible for their own tax.
How is my registration linked to Scott?
The registration buttons on this site use Scott's official UW links. Scott then checks your registration with UW before starting onboarding.
Who can be a Connector?
Individuals and organisations such as accountants, estate agents, local businesses, charities and clubs that introduce homeowners. UW sets eligibility, so check its terms.
Who talks to the customers?
Partners talk to their own customers. For a Connector introduction, a Partner handles the conversation.
