Who we are

This site is operated by Scott McCaw, an independent authorised Utility Warehouse Partner. It is not operated by Utility Warehouse.

What we collect

If you send an enquiry: your name, email, optional mobile, preferred contact method, route interest, any route-finder answers, the page you came from and campaign tags. We also record anonymous clicks on the registration links.

Why

We use this to reply to your enquiry (legitimate interests) and, only if you opt in separately, to send marketing by email or SMS (consent). We record the consent wording, version and time.

Sharing

Enquiries are stored securely and may be passed to Scott's customer relationship system. We don't sell your data. Once you register with UW, UW's own privacy notice applies to that registration.

Your rights

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link, by replying STOP, or by contacting Scott. You can also ask for access, correction or deletion, and complain to the ICO.

Retention

Enquiries that don't lead anywhere are deleted after 24 months.
