Which way would you like to help?

Route one

Partner

Scott's main focus. You build relationships with households and can also find, recruit and support other Partners. It suits parents wanting flexibility, social media creators, experienced salespeople and recruitment consultants. It is self-employed and takes real effort. Creators and social sellers: start here.

  • £10 one-off joining fee, then £3 per month from month four
  • Qualifying upfront payments up to £300 per customer

Where the Partner route fits among UK side hustles

Route two

Connector

You introduce interested homeowners to Scott, with their permission, and he handles the conversation and any sign-up. Registration is free. It suits accountants, mortgage firms, gas engineers, electricians, solar and ECO businesses, and charities.

  • Free to join
  • £25, £50, £125, £150 for a qualifying completed sign-up taking 1–4 core services

  • It can be done part-time, alongside a job or family life.
  • Results depend on your own effort; earnings vary and are never guaranteed.

Partner route only

More than commission

Active UW Partners can work towards more than customer commission. Each benefit depends on UW's current criteria, and results vary. None is an automatic reward for joining, and they are not Connector benefits.

  • Customer commissions and ongoing income

    Earn from the customers you introduce, including ongoing income while they stay with UW.

  • Activity bonuses

    Extra bonuses for reaching activity targets set by UW.

  • Qualifying UW vehicle plan

    Partners who meet UW's criteria may qualify for a UW vehicle plan.

  • Holidays and other incentives

    UW runs incentives that change over time, such as trips and events.
